Payments are securely processed by Creem as our Merchant of Record. During these 7 days, you get full access to all Starter features, QR code generation, and 10 sample AI reply generations (BYOK). If you cancel from your dashboard before the 7 days end, you will never be charged the annual plan fee ($84/yr). Pro ($180/yr) and Business ($348/yr) are billed directly on signup for growing teams needing multi-location routing and unlimited AI (BYOK). The $5 trial fee is non-refundable.

You can turn off auto-renewal online from your dashboard at any time with one click (open your plan badge and click "Cancel auto-renewal"). On the Starter plan, cancel before your 7-day trial ends and you are never charged the annual fee. If you cancel later or on an active annual plan, your subscription simply will not renew at the end of its 1-year term, and you retain full access until that period concludes. Paid annual charges are non-refundable once processed, as detailed in our Terms and Refund Policy.

GetReview operates on a Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) model. You connect your own API key (such as Google Gemini, Groq, OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, or OpenRouter) in your dashboard settings. You have complete control over your provider, model choice, and custom brand tone, and GetReview never marks up or bills you for token usage.
